This friendly, family-run guest house has a peaceful and relaxing location in a quiet area of Paignton, within easy strolling distance of the seafront and the town’s shops and entertainments.

Blue Waters Lodge guesthouse offers a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation in a variety of clean, light, comfortably furnished rooms. Family Suite
The spacious family suite has 2 separate rooms off a small hall, which can be separated from the main landing. One room has a double bed, matching furnishings and luxury towels. It also has Freeview TV, complimentary mineral water and complimentary toiletries. The second room has 2 single beds, luxury towels and Freeview TV. There is space in this room for a travel cot, which is available for free, on request.

Superior Double Room
This room benefits from a king size double bed,reading lamps,luxury bath sheets and towels.
