The hotel shuttle service is provided by the National Express Hoppa H4 bus from Terminal 1,2,and 3 at a cost of GBP 4.50 per person each way. This goes to/from the hotel and Heathrow Airport, on the H4 line. The Hoppa H54 bus runs from Terminals 4 and 5. The shuttle service operates every 12 minutes from 06:00 - 00:00 daily.

Alternatively, there are a number of free coaches operating from the central bus station that stop 5 minutes' walk from the hotel's main entrance.
