The Treasury Restaurant, named in recognition of the fact that Charles I coins were minted on the site, is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers a fine-dining experience in splendid mirrored surroundings. Menus are created by the hotel’s experienced chef using seasonal ingredients and local produce from the best suppliers.
A bistro menu can be enjoyed in the lounge, conservatory or alfresco in the garden. St Olaves wine menu offers a wide range of international wines including locally produced West Country wines.
